FREDERIC PIGNATONE is an experienced professional with more than 25 years of career in IT, information systems management, and large-scale project leadership. As a Director Project Manager within the SAFIBRI Group, he currently oversees the full digitalization of business processes and the evolution of internal systems.
Before this role, he held several strategic positions, including IT & Solutions Director at Koesio, Training Director at the CCI Moselle Métropole Metz, and Regional Information Systems Director. His expertise spans IT governance, cybersecurity, change management, training, the urbanization of complex systems, and the design of digital service offerings. His career reflects strong versatility, solid technical mastery, and a well-established strategic vision.

Why He Became a Mentor to Me

FREDERIC PIGNATONE is not only my father, he is my first mentor. The son of Italian immigrants, he built himself through exceptional determination. With a technical degree as his starting point, he has always worked at 200%, never counting his hours, always aiming higher, progressing, learning, and opening doors for himself that no one had opened for him.
He has always passed on to me a taste for quality work, rigor, and ambition. By watching him evolve in his career (managing teams, making important decisions, and leading major transformations).I learned what it truly means to be a committed professional.
